Terms and Conditions of Jaffs Coaches

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Jaffs Coaches. By utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment: a. All bookings must be made in advance through our designated booking channels, including phone, email, or online platforms. b. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the nature and duration of the service. c. Payment can be made by cash, credit/debit card, or any other payment method accepted by Jaffs Coaches. d. In the case of late bookings or urgent requests, availability cannot be guaranteed, and additional charges may apply.

2. Cancellations and Amendments: a. Cancellations made by the client must be communicated to Jaffs Coaches as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply based on the notice period provided. b. Jaffs Coaches reserves the right to cancel or amend a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or offer a full refund.

3. Passenger Conduct: a. Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the journey. Any behavior that may jeopardize the safety of passengers, the driver, or the vehicle is strictly prohibited. b. Smoking, consumption of alcohol or drugs, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited on board our coaches. c. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or its equipment due to willful misconduct or negligence.

4. Safety and Liability: a. Jaffs Coaches prioritizes the safety and well-being of all passengers. Our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure they meet the highest safety standards. b. Passengers must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the driver and displayed on the vehicle. c. Jaffs Coaches shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by passengers during the journey, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Jaffs Coaches or its employees.

5. Insurance: a. Jaffs Coaches maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its vehicles and operations, as required by law. b. Passengers are advised to have their own travel insurance to cover personal belongings and any unforeseen circumstances.

6. Force Majeure: a. Jaffs Coaches shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jaffs Coaches operates. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
